A 25 year old patient, who is 6'3 and 205 lbs from Bergan County, NJ who came to Dr. Blau for his Gynecomastia, a condition in which there is a build up of excess tissue on top of the breast, resulting in an enlargement. The patient became frustrated with the appearance of his chest. As a conditioned athlete, his physical appearance is very important to him and the enlargement hindering the achievement of his optimal desired appearance. Male breast reduction surgery was performed, a procedure in which the tissue was excised. Liposuction was not required due to the small amount of body fat. The incision is only an inch in diameter and discreetly located. The patient was exceedingly happy with the results.
